How we handle submissions
Email inquiries
We use the contents of your email and your email address to respond to your inquiry. Email links open your email app; clicking one does not automatically send a message.
Information recorded with feedback
We record your message, feedback type, optional rating, reply preference, reply address if requested, project, page path, referring URL, browser information, language, site version and submission time. IP addresses are not stored in the feedback database.
Purpose and AI-assisted review
Submissions help us improve services, investigate issues, review requests and respond where appropriate. Message text and related non-identifying fields may be analysed by AI for spam detection and organisation. Reply addresses, browser information, referrers and IP addresses are not sent as analysis fields. Information you include in the message itself may be analysed; please do not include passwords.
Security verification
Feedback forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Displaying a feedback form connects to Cloudflare for verification.
